In India, Tata Motors is disposing of its entire range of EVs at massive discounts, thus making way to clear out the 2024 models. The Tiago EV, Punch EV, Nexon EV, and Curvv EV, among others, are providing customers with discounts between ₹40,000 and ₹1 lakh.
Tiago EV: Biggest Discounts Up to ₹1 Lakh
The Tata Tiago EV, India’s cheapest electric hatchback, is receiving the largest discount in this promotion. The starting variant comes with a ₹65,000 discount, comprising a ₹50,000 upfront price reduction and a ₹15,000 Green Bonus. But the best offer is available on the long-range (LR) version with the 3.3 kW charger, where the overall discount totals ₹1 lakh.
Punch EV: Price Cuts Across All Models
The Tata Punch EV, a micro-SUV that gained a lot of traction in no time, is also available at a discounted price. The minimum discount on this car is ₹40,000 on the middle variant, and the top variants receive up to ₹70,000 off. Unlike the Tiago EV, however, the discounts on the Punch EV don’t come with the ₹15,000 Green Bonus.
Nexon EV: Discounts on Mid-Range and Long-Range Variants
The Tata Nexon EV, Tata’s best-selling electric SUV, is also available for discounts. The top price reduction is around ₹40,000, with an additional ₹15,000 of Green Bonus on chosen variants.
The discounts apply to both the mid-range & long-range versions of the Nexon EV. The Nexon EV remains one of India’s most sought-after electric SUVs, with a roomy interior, and an excellent range.
Curvv EV: Hefty Discounts on Tata’s Newest Electric SUV
The Tata Curvv EV, among the newest additions to the Tata EV lineup, is also receiving a large discount. Customers can get ₹70,000 off the 2024 model, and when the ₹15,000 Green Bonus is included, the savings amount to ₹85,000.
With its aggressive design, space-age styling, & robust battery performance, the Curvv EV is an excellent choice for someone seeking a premium electric SUV. However, the Tigor EV has been excluded from this price-cutting spree.
Tata Harrier EV: New Launch Coming Soon
Tata Motors is about to introduce the much-awaited Harrier EV. Arriving in Indian showrooms before June 2025, the Harrier EV promises to be a turning point for electric SUVs.
The Harrier EV will feature a massive 75-80 kWh battery, providing a real-world driving range of around 600 km per charge. It will also be India’s cheapest dual-motor electric SUV, priced below ₹30 lakh. This will mean that the Harrier EV will provide all-wheel-drive functionality.
From a styling point of view, the Harrier EV will have a refreshed front bumper, a closed grille, and air-spoiler alloy wheels. With a lot of space for passengers, futuristic features, and a long range, the Harrier EV will be one of Tata’s hottest launches this year.
